Our service

Our website and the services provided to you on and through our website “AS IS”.

You agree that the owners of this website reserve the right only and may, at any time and without notice and any liability to you, modify or discontinue this website and its services or delete the data provided, either temporarily and permanently.

Returns and Refunds Policy

We do not issue refunds for digital or physical products nor services once your order has been confirmed and you have completed the payment process.

In addition, no refunds will be issued for digital products and services after a product has been sent or the services have been purchased and/or rendered.

We recommend that you contact us for assistance if you experience any problems receiving or downloading our products.

We also recommend that you contact us for assistance in the event of any problems with the services rendered to you.

We will not issue refunds and replacements for physical products after purchase unless there are damaged items when you receive the goods.

No refunds will be given as we are exempt from Consumer Contracts (formerly distance selling) regulations.

MV Essentials LTD fully complies with the E-commerce regulations.

Should returns/refunds be considered will be completely at the discretion of MV Essentials LTD and will be dealt with on one to one basis where possible.

MV Essentials Ltd will not take responsibility for returns due to brand owner issues. Upon completion of orders, it will remain the responsibility of the customer.

Buyer is fully responsible for how, where and to whom they sell the goods, and shall be solely liable
for any infringement thereby.

Termination

Emanuele Vinci is committed to providing all customers with a positive experience of the Program. By purchasing any of our digital products or services, you agree that Emanuele Vinci may, in its sole discretion, terminate the Agreement of purchased digital products or services and limit, Suspend or terminate participation in the services without refund or forfeiture of full payments. or monthly if you become disruptive or difficult to work with, if you fail to follow the assignments and/or requests for information necessary for the completion of those services, or if you endanger Emanuele Vinci or their staff in their efforts to make our digital products or services.
